Roles

We will have 4 roles to manage the application once it is deployed, All users can access both the Web Dashboard and VR Application, they may have different views based on their access. The following is a brief description for each role:

• Developer / Product Admin
  • For application configuration and providing support.
  • This will be used by Senior Developers and Project Managers from AutoVRse
• Super Admin
  • For managing Domains/Modules/Users/Devices/Content/Analytics/Evaluation and to Access Logs for users across the entire application
  • This will be used by Stakeholders from both sides
• Admin
  • Each Domain / Business Unit will have an admin. They will use this account for managing Users/Devices/Analytics for all Trainees belonging to their Domain / Business Unit.
• Trainee
  • Each Domain / Business Unit will have many trainees, they are our target users. They can access the dashboard to get information about their personal Analytics and Evaluation.
  • The modules they can access can be downloaded after logging in to the VR Application with the correct credentials. The module assigned by the Super Admin and Admin will be visible for them.

🏭 Organization, Access & Content Management

Divide your users into various categories and subcategories based on your preferences, the same groups can be used to provide content access to different groups as per requirement. For example, Highest level Domain can be defined for Each Factory, like Factory A, Factory B, etc Each domain can further have departments under them, like Mechanical, Electrical, etc. All ‘trainees’ belong to a department.
