# Recommended Pipeline

> The ideal way to structure your team

## Blender

**First, Get Organized in Blender**

* Think of collections like folders for your assets after your Export
* One collection = One asset (simple!)
* Got a complex asset? Use nested collections like subfolders
* *Pro tip*: Keep related stuff together in each collection

**Show & Hide Magic**

* Only visible collections (eye icon on) will export
* Want to export something? Make sure you can see it!
* Hide anything you don't want in the export
* Easy peasy visibility control

**Export Time!**

1. Open Tools>VRseFbx-AutoExporter (Ctl+N)
2. Pick "Collections" mode
3. Choose where to save your files
4. Making nested stuff? Turn on "Make Separate Folders"
5. Hit that "Export FBX" button and watch the magic happen!

**FROM TEXTURING APPLICATION:**

* Export you textures into respective Folders where you Exported from Blender

  * "Lazy-Mode-2" for separate texture folders
* Watch as materials extract & map automatically
* Tool sets up proper shaders too like you defined!

**Step 3: Smart Labels**

* First, sync with your lead about required labels
* Apply these must-have categories:
  * Industry (Medical, Automotive...)
  * Environment (Interior/Exterior/All)
  * Asset Type (Props, Equipment...)
  * Module Type (Fire Safety, Project Name)
* Bonus: Add project zones (Az01\_Lab\_Area)
